Working towards WCAG 2.1 Level AA
1. Our commitment
Every devotee, whatever their physical or cognitive ability, deserves full and dignified access to Pocket Pandit. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we keep testing and improving towards it.
2. Accessibility features
A. Spoken and written guidance: Ritual steps are offered as spoken audio and as readable on-screen cards.
B. Screen readers: The app and website use semantic labels for VoiceOver, TalkBack, and web screen readers.
C. Readable colour: Warm, light surfaces with dark text are chosen for strong contrast.
D. Text scaling: Layouts are built to follow your system text size.
